Updates and Swan Babes

Good afternoon sweet bloggers!  Just a note to say I have not been keeping up with my posting as I injured my back a couple of weeks ago and have been recouping!  Hubby is having a terrible time with nausea and spent all of Easter Sunday in bed.  We had company and a nice meal but it was not the same without him at the table.  We did get to say Grace holding hands all together before he had to go to bed and I had my daughter take some pictures.

Also, the swan babies have arrived and have been gracing us with their presence on the lake in back of the house.  Thought you would enjoy seeing these most wonderful creatures!
This little one was very brave and came right up the bank to see us.
Here they are getting a "dunking" lesson bringing up underwater green growth and eating it.
All God's creatures are so beautiful!!  We are blessed!
Thank you for visiting and come back soon!

My heart to yours....

Oh, Kerrie, I am so sorry about your back! And also that your husband could not join you for Easter dinner, was he able to eat any during the day? How did you hurt your back, did you see a doctor? I love the swan babies. What a treat, I have never seen any!!! They are too adorable! Maybe this spring I will see some.

Oh dear, Kerrie, you did not need to throw your back out with all you have going on there. Prayers for both of you.

The baby swans are adorable.

What a beautiful post, Kerrie, save for the news that your husband had such an unpleasant Easter and you've hurt your back. I wish you woth well again. Backs are so easily hurt aren't they? I love the cignets. We mostly see black swans out here but they are beautiful too.

Oh my goodness. Those babies are are so cute. They must be so much fun to watch.

I am so sorry to hear about your back. The back is such a frustrating injury. You just can't get comfortable.

Hope you are feeling better soon.
Hugs, Sue
