He looks gentle, but I know that is probably not the case.
Your Egret and mockingbird are beautiful. How special to live by water to enjoy God's creatures. We have an owl that likes to sit in our backyard tree and hoot. Not sure where he is now that we are freezing with snow and ice! LOL

Have a nice weekend and thank you for stopping by, your kind comment and entry in my giveaway. Good luck sweets.
Hugs, Celestina MarieCelestina Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10021633519525822335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8240615588517250268.post-19054610023478151562011-02-04T15:02:48.735-05:002011-02-04T15:02:48.735-05:00That hawk is just beautiful. But I would do it in a minute. The egret is majestic and great pictures. Though I want nothing to do with mockingbirds after being attacked on the head by one.Ginny Hartzlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09329131153403895625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8240615588517250268.post-88014166134780724352011-01-31T20:17:51.612-05:002011-01-31T20:17:51.612-05:00Oh Kerrie the Hawk is stunning. The other morning around 6AM after parking my car at work there was an owl in the park letting everyone know he/she was there. Being downtown the owl just echoed throughout the streets. It was the most peaceful sound. Thank you for sharing. Love it!
SueSue @ Not the Good Scissors!https://www.blogger.com/profile/00402393361444784077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8240615588517250268.post-10858304811079332752011-01-31T18:08:45.817-05:002011-01-31T18:08:45.817-05:00You holding that bird reminded me when I held a la...You holding that bird reminded me when I held a large owl when I lived in Spain, I used to be terrified of large birds.
Loved the other pictures.

Take care.
Yvonne.RHYTHM AND RHYMEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11386975261804630799noreply@blogger.com
